Original checks happen on your device. AI portraits are a separate, optional service.

Original photo checks

Face location, cropping and print layout run in your browser. These checks do not send your photo to our server. The page also downloads the face-location model; photo analysis stays on your device.

During checkout

Your selected photo can be saved temporarily on this device so it is still available when you return from Dodo checkout. Clear the photo to remove it. Restored checkout photos are discarded after 24 hours.

Optional AI portraits

Only after you select the portrait feature and consent, your image is sent through our server to OpenAI. We do not save the image in our application database. OpenAI processes requests under its own API data policies. Generated portraits are keepsakes, not passport photographs.

Accounts and payments

We store your email, salted password hash, session records, orders, credit and job records, and original-photo digests. Digests identify repeat exports without storing the photo. Dodo Payments handles payment details; we do not collect card numbers. Session cookies keep you signed in for up to 30 days. This version has no advertising or analytics trackers. Password reset, email changes and self-service account deletion are not available.

For privacy questions or to request account-data deletion, email matt1232026@gmail.com from your account email. We may need to verify ownership and retain records required for payment or legal obligations.
