Simple terms.

An independent preparation tool. The passport office makes the final decision.

Photo preparation

Use an image you are authorized to process. Inspect the original and the printed result against your passport authority’s rules. The checker does not provide official certification or human review.

Photo packs

Prices are one-time charges. One photo credit covers one original photo export in all offered file formats. Exporting the same original again does not use another credit. A separately generated AI portrait uses one credit. Printing and shipping are not included.

AI portraits

Generated portraits are optional keepsakes, not for identity applications. Save the result when it appears; portraits are not stored for later retrieval. Do not submit our sample or a generated portrait for a passport.

Delivery and account access

Downloads require confirmed payment and a signed-in account. Guest purchases must be claimed with the checkout email in the same browser. Confirmation may take time; keep your receipt. Automated password reset and email changes are not available in this version.

Refunds and credits

For order help or to request a refund, email matt1232026@gmail.com with your order ID and checkout email. Do not send card details or your child’s photo. This site has no self-service cash-refund control. Confirmed refunds or disputes revoke unused order credits; partial refunds also suspend remaining credits pending review. Failed AI generation restores the reserved photo credit, not a cash payment.

Checkout availability

Charges and payment methods are shown by Dodo before payment. Visiting a checkout or return URL does not establish a successful purchase.
